نعم. We usually provide existing samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity.
Sample shipping will be paid by client or use their own express account.
2: How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes about 1-2 أيام.
If custom your own designs, it takes about 5-7 أيام.
3: How long is production lead time?
It takes about 7-30 days depends on quantity.

Small orders sent by express such as DHL, فيديكس, تي ان تي, يو بي إس, إي إم إس, إلخ.
Large orders sent via sea or air.
5: What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

If you don’t have it, please send high definition jpg. file.
6: How many colors are available?
We mix colors based on Pantone C chart.
Give us the pantone number, we’ll mix it as close as possible.
If not strictly requested, we can recommend similar matching color.
7: How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer, ويسترن يونيون, PayPal and Trade assurance.
Trade Assurance is most recommended, as it will protect your money from beginning to delivery at your hand.
