PLA Plastic
A type of bio-based plastic, 100% biodegradable.
– 100% biodegradable, can be break down into CO2 and H2O within 180 days to 360 days under compost status.
– Reduce the use of fossil resources.
– Renewable, since the plastic is derived from plants, resource that can be renewed annually.
– Does not produce toxic fumes if incinerated.
Plant-based Plastic
Apart from pure PLA plastic, we also have plan-based plastic which are made of PLA and plant fibers (e.g.wheat straw plastic, rice straw plastic, bamboo fiber plastic).
