أ: MOQ is 3000pcs/item/color.
Low MOQ 500pcs as trial order is welcomed. Please kindly advise the quantity and other requirements, we will caculate cost accordingly. With our high quality and good service, you will have successful business.
2. هل يمكنني الحصول على عينات?
أ: بالتأكيد. We usually provide stock samples for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge will be refundable when order quantity reaches certain amount. Sending samples by Fedex, يو بي إس, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive you.
3. How long is sample lead time?
أ: For existing samples, it takes 2-4 أيام. 1-2pcs is free. If you want your own design, it takes 4-10 أيام, depending on designs.
4. How long is the production leading time?
أ: It takes 30-35 days for quantity within 100Kpcs.
For those items available with low MOQ 500pcs, we can offer within 15 أيام.
5. What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
