1) س: What information should I provide if I want to get a quotation for custom products?
أ: You should give us following related order details:
(أ)The fabric material and its GSM, order quantity, size chart, PMS Pantone color code NOT CMYK.
(ب)Your own design, that if possible, please also provide the picture for checking, then our professional design team will help you design.
(ج)Workmanship technique to be used whether it is full sublimation, طباعة الشاشة الحريرية, embroidery, tackle twill, heat transfer press, patch, إلخ.
(d)Special requirements for sewing, التعبئة, zipper, إلخ.
2) س: Do you have stock products to sell?
أ: Sorry we don’t have, we work OEM order.
3) س: How many days can sample be finished? How about the mass production?
أ: عمومًا, 7-10days for sample making. The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, إلخ, 14-20days for small quantity.
4) س: Can you replicate my order if I provide you a sample?
أ: نعم. You should give us fabric details, PMS and vector file design.
