س: How will you solve when your factory do not have our styles?
أ: There will be two methods. One is to make a new mould as your design, another is when you need urgently and we do not have enough time to make a
new mould, then we could assist you to find the products from other metal factories.
س:What is the transportation method?
أ:عن طريق البحر, عن طريق الجو,by DHL or by UPS or other express.
1.For small quantities, we suggest shipping by express door to door service as it is more favorable, fast
and convenient;
2.For bigger quantities, it can be shipped by air or sea.
3.We got very favorable price form express companies like DHL and UPS as well as good rate for air.
