1)س:Can we get some samples?Any charges?
نعم, you can get available samples clothing hang tag in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost.
2)س: How can we get a quote?
Please offer the specification of the product, such as material, مقاس, شكل, لون, كمية, surface finishing, إلخ.
3)س: What format design file you want for printing?

4)س: Can you help with the design?
We have professional designers to help with simple information such as logo and some images.
5)س: What’s the trade term and payement term?
30% أو 50% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, ويسترن يونيون, خطاب الاعتماد, باي بال & نقدي. Can
be negotiated.
6)س: May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
نعم. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
7)س: What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. عادة 5 إلى 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
8)س: How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
9)س: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
دي إتش إل, يو بي إس, تي ان تي, فيديكس, BY sea, إلخ. 3 إلى 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 إلى 30 workdays by sea.
10)س: How do you compute the shipping charges?
We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. when quote.
11)س: Do you have MOQ?
نعم. The minimum order quantity depends on the specifications of the label sticker you want.
12)س: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don’t satisfied your quality,how will you do?
Normally we do samples for you to confirming everything, and production will be same as samples. If you worried about the quality problems,We can send you pre-production sample images for your confirm.
If any quality disrepency,made in China will help you and return the money to you.
