أ: نعم, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

أ:Sample needs 3-7 أيام, mass production time needs 2-5 weeks for order quantity more than.
س 3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
أ: موك منخفض, 1pc for sample checking is available.
س 4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
أ: نحن عادة نشحن بواسطة DHL, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

أ: نعم. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.
س 7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
أ: نعم, you need to inform us firstly if goods damaged when you signed.
Q8: Which payment will you accept?
أ: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal.
Usually there are 30% إيداع مقدما, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, و 100% payment for sample order.
