س: What is your MOQ and do you accept small order?
أ: نعم, we accept small orders.
س: What about the cost of sample and sample time?
أ: Free sample is available for routine mode, some special request will be charged, all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed. Routine samples can be sent in 1~3 days.
س: If we are not satisfied with your product, what should we do?
أ: All of our products are of good quality. If it’s samples, we’d like to remake samples for you. If it’s mass production, we’d like to replace the defect product.
س: Can I choose the package?
أ: نعم, colorful gift box, blister card, poly bag or customized packing for your choice.
س: Which payment will you accept?
أ: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal.
Usually there are 30% إيداع مقدما, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, و 100% payment for sample order.
س: How about the leading time?
