أ:عادة ما يكون موك لدينا 500 pcs/item. But we accept small quantity for the first trial order.Details please consult salesman;
2. How about the warranty?
أ:We will keep the mold for 1-3years,you can re-order at any time during this period.
3.How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
أ:3-7 days for existing samples.
7-15 days for customize samples.
4. How long is the massive production lead time?
أ:7 days for MOQ.
20-25 days for 30000 pcs of order.
Accurate production lead is based on your order quantity.
5. كم هي رسوم الشحن?
أ:To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.
6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
أ:Files in fonts of JPG, منظمة العفو الدولية, CDR or PDF would be better ,We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
