1. Before offer price, what information do I need to provide you?
Respuesta: We need to know the product pictures, material, tamaño, color, logo etc. requires, then we could check and offer price to you.
2. Can you send the sample to me for check the quality?
Respuesta: send sample is ok, the sample is free of charge, but do you have courier account number? Then I could send sample to you with freight collect.
3. After I made payment, how long I could get my order?
Respuesta: for customizing product, we need open mould to make, open mould and make sample need take about 8-10 días. After confirmed sample, we begin to make mass order. In general, por 2000 pcs order, the product time need take about 12-15 días.
4. How many color could electroplating?

Respuesta: our material is eco-friendly metal zinc alloy, the content of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Chromium is very low, the Lead is under 40 Pbm.
6. How I make payment?
Respuesta: we accept make payment by T/T, Western Union, or ESCROW.
7. The payment term is?
Respuesta: after you place order, please arrange the 30% deposit to us in advance, then we begin to produce, once we finish the mass order, will let you know, then pay 70% balance, we received your payment, will arrange delivery as soon as possible.
