A: We are the manufacturer and have our own factory which is located in Pingyang Wenzhou, Zhejiang, Porcelana.
Q2: Can you accept customized my own logo products?
A: Sí, pls send your original samples or sketches, then we can go ahead to check more details info as well as the best price, shipment, layout, etc accordingly.
Q3: How can I get a sample?
A: We can provide free existing products sample (in stock) for you evaluation. Generalmente, via express, such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc., freight is collected.
Q4: How much will you charge for a new customized development item?
A: For OEM/customized items, new molds are needed for production. Normally USD100 for a design, for a buckle that depends on design and size. But mold cost can be refunded once total orders qty can meet within one year.
Q5: Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the orders?
A: Sí, por supuesto. We will charge mold cost and send pre-production samples (freight collected) for your approval & test. The orders will start once get you confirmation.
P6: What’s the lead time?
