2) How to get a sample and save the cost?
A. Sample card can provide for free, only provide freight cost.

3) What is sample time and production time?

5) What’s your payment term?
We are regular doing 50% deposit and 50% pago del saldo. Base on our cooperation, we also can do other payment way. If you have any specially request, you can talk with us.
6) How does your quality control?
We have a professional QC team, we will control the goods quality during all the mass production, and we can do inspection service for you.
7) If we don’t have any shipping forwarder in China, could you do this for us?
We have very good relationship with forwarder company, we can send you the
best shipping price and excellent service.
8) If we want to develop some new item, but maybe we just have some idea, how can you do?
We can make new mold base on your idea, generalmente, if your quantity is more enough, we can refund the mold cost to you.
9) Can you do OEM?
Sí, we can do OEM products. It’s no problem. Diseño, Mould, Logo can be customized as you require.
10) How do you take care when your clients received defective products? Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
