Q1: What’s your advantage?
A: 1.Tenemos nuestra propia fábrica,design team and production lines.Our factory consists of three workshop: handblown, machine blown, semi-automatic pressed.
2.Our designer & technical workers have worked in glassware field more than 5 years.In the past years, we have helped many customers to complete their special designs successfully.
3. Hand blown and machine made production methods, combine the advantage of traditional glass making with the efficiencies of modern production.
Q2. ¿Puedo conseguir muestras? ?
A: Sure.We usually provide existing sample for free.But a little sample charge for customer designs .We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL,UPS or TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, si no, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account.
Q3. How long is the sample lead time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 3-4 días. If you want your own designs,it will take 7~10days, subject to the difficulty of your designs . Anyway we will response fast to your request.
