2.Puis-je obtenir des échantillons?
Bien sûr. We usually provide existing sample for free. Mais un petit échantillon de frais pour les conceptions personnalisées. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, sinon, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. Ça prend à peu près 2-4 days to reach.
3.Combien de temps est le délai de livraison de l'échantillon?
Pour les échantillons existants, it takes 2-5 jours. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 jours, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.Combien de temps est le délai de production?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.De quel format de fichier avez-vous besoin si je veux mon propre design?
Usually Ai file is needed .If for making new mold, 3D file is needed.
6.Combien de couleurs sont disponibles?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Quel est votre délai de paiement?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
