UN: We are the manufacturer and have our own factory which is located in Pingyang Wenzhou, Zhejiang, Chine.
Q2: Can you accept customized my own logo products?
UN: Oui, pls send your original samples or sketches, then we can go ahead to check more details info as well as the best price, shipment, layout, etc accordingly.
Q3: Comment puis-je obtenir un échantillon?
UN: We can provide free existing products sample (in stock) for you evaluation. Généralement, via express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc., freight is collected.
Q4: How much will you charge for a new customized development item?
UN: For OEM/customized items, new molds are needed for production. Normally USD100 for a design, for a buckle that depends on design and size. But mold cost can be refunded once total orders qty can meet within one year.
Q5: Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the orders?
UN: Oui, bien sûr. We will charge mold cost and send pre-production samples (freight collected) for your approval & test. The orders will start once get you confirmation.
Q6: Quel est le délai de livraison?
UN: Normalement 7-10 days for small order customized/OEM item, et 25-30 days for bulk production according to your qty.
Q7: What’s the shipping method?
UN: For small orders, delivery for international expresses, such as DHL, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.. For large orders, delivery by ship or air. Or also can be arranged at your request.
Q8: Modalités de paiement:
UN: Normally we accept 30% TT in advance, balance against BL copy at sight. L/C, DP is also acceptable for FCL.
