1&période; Crushing process for our wood pellet production line
When the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm&virgule; et >50 * 50mm(L * W&réparer;&virgule; we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces&virgule; then crush the small pieces into wood powder with diameter less 5mm by wood hammer mill or wood crusher&période;
2&période; Drying process for our wood pellet production line
The best moisture content / humidity to pelleting is 10 – 12%&période; If your raw materials is too wet&virgule; it should to use our type dryer for drying&virgule; they can reduce the moisture from 60~70% to 10~12%&période;

After the pelleting process&virgule; the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60~80 Celsius&virgule; and the moisture content of the wood pellet is around 10%&virgule; so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3~4% moisture&virgule; such
this the wood pellet is easy to packing and store&période;
