Q2.How Can I Get a Sample To Check Your Quality ?
1). If you need the samples on our showroom , we can sent it to you within 1-2days after confirmed shipping charge and your courier ID
2).If you need digital samples , it will be take 1-2days after confirmed your requirement.
Q3. How To Order ?
1). Inquiry by email or telephone or the other ways at first , tell me your requirement (Such as size, material and quantity ).
2). Then please sent me your design.Or we can help you make the design.
3). After your confirmation of the final file and the price, official PI will be provided
4). Production will be arranged once payment recevied.(Production time is 7 jours de travail)
Q4 Puis-je obtenir un échantillon?
Oui, for some stock items, we can send you free samples, as for the considerable international express cost, would be charged still. But for customized sample, due to the high setup cost of the printing press and die-cut, we usually need the samples cost at first . But if you have good quantity , it could be refund the samples charge for you .
Q5 When we create the artwork, quel type de format est disponible pour l'impression?
1) Les populaires: PDF, CDR, IA, PSD.
2) Bleed size: 3-5mm.
3) Resolution: No less than 1200PI and the higher, the better.
Q6 How to control your quality?
We have the most advanced automatic inspection machine. We will do 100% inspection before packaging and random check after packaging. Bien sûr, you can arrange a third party to come and check quality before shipping.
Q7 How soon can you finish the mass production?
The sample box usually takes 2-5 jours de travail. For mass production normal is 7-9 jours de travail .
Q8. How Can I arrange shipment?
1) If you want to use your pointed shipping forwarder, just give me their contact info then I will arrange the shipment for you.
2) If you don’t have pointed shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port so that I can give you quotation and then I will arrange shipment, you will not have headache even you have no experience on it, our professional team will give you professional advice, we can give you shipping cost with delivery time for your confirmation.
