1.Quel est votre MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 2,000pcs.But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Pleasefeel free to tell us how many pieces you need, nous calculerons le coût en conséquence,hope you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and our service..
2. Can you accept the OEM design and provide me sample ?What about the sample lead time?
If you need one sample before purchase order , existing or custom samples will cost $20. It will take 15 days to complete the sample. FedEx, TNT, DHL… Express is available , The Freight will be paid by yourself. Sample charges can be deducted from the total amount once an order is placed.
3. What is your lead time for mass production?
Usually we need 45-60 jours pour la production. It depends on the quantity and design of the order.
4. Can you print my own design or logo on the products and packaging?
