Q2: Will sample charge be refunded when order confirmed?A2: We will charge sample cost to print in your custom design and size. And we will send the sample to your on our company courier account. Custom sample cost will be refunded for bags without lamination if quantity more than 10000 pieces. Custom sample cost will be refunded for bags with lamination if quantity more than 100000 pieces.

Q4: Will you be able to provide some samples?A4: We will be willing to send you some random samples in stock. But sample shipping cost should be on your account.
Q5: What artwork form do we need to prepare?A5: Artwork in AI, PDF, CDR, PSD will be preferred. High quality jpg file is also workable.
