UN: T/T term or L/C term. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, et 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without “soft clauses” can be accepted.

UN: 1 pcs sample for free, sample freight collect. 1 day for stocked item, 7-15 days for new mould item
Q4. What is the delivery time?
UN: Generally 20-25 days after receiving the prepayment.
Most of the time, we can have an immediate delivery of our regular models in 20 jours. Faster time will be available for stocked items.

UN: Our package is completely no problem. For different shape glass, we recommend different suitable packing way, such as Boîte marron, boîte blanche, Boite cadeau, boites aux lettres, Foam box, Master carton, etc.
Q7. Shall we have any guarantee after getting your goods?
UN: If you get any borken or unqualitified goods from us, we’ll 100% pay for your loss without any condition.
Q8. Shall i make my own brand?
