Q: What is the price? And MOQ(Quantité minimum d'achat)?
UN: All products are custom. Please send us the specifications including size, pages, printing color, obligatoire, finishing and quantity. MOQ is 500pcs, négociable.
Q: Which softwares do you use in pre-press?
UN:Our softwares are including Adobe InDesign , Adobe Illustrator , Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Acrobat , Freehand , QuarkXPress, Coreldraw.
Q: What are your Max. and Min. printing sizes?
UN: Our maximum printing paper is 740×1,040mm and minimum size is 280×420mm.
Q: What types of binding do you provide?
UN: Hard cover binding, soft cover binding, saddle stitch binding, wired-o book binding, Flexi bound.
Q: What brands of paper do you often use?
UN: We cooperate with many paper mills, including imported paper brands like NPI, Oji,Moorim, Hansol and LUMI and joint-venture paper brands like Gold East, Stora Enso and UPM.
Q: What are your requirements for customers’ files?
UN: We prefer to use PDF and AI. If you have some other format, please let us to check first. Picture resolution is not less than 300dpi. CMYK file is recommended.
Q: How to provide files?
UN: CD, DVD,hard disk, USB Disk, usually file hosting websites(we transfer, dropbox, goodle drive, etc.)
Q: Can you arrange shipping?
UN: Oui, we provide global shipping service, including sea shipping, air shipping and express shipping(DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT).
