שאלה 1: Could I get some samples?
א: כן, you are welcome to ask for samples. We usually do not charge you for the samples; If you would like to customize the samples, it is necessary to deposit. The deposit will be refunded if your order is up to a certain quantity.
We usually send the samples to you by FedEx, יו פי אס, TNT or DHL. You may wire the money via Alibaba, PayPal, העברה בנקאית, and Western Union. If you have your preferences for shipping service or a carrier account, we will follow your request.

א: בטוח. Our factory is located in Taizhou, ג'ג'יאנג מסין. It’s convenient to take the high-speed train from Shanghai,
Hangzhou or Ningbo to Taizhou in no more than 4 שעה (ות. You will be warmly welcomed when you arrive.

א: Please send your file in .pdf, .jpg, jpeg, and .ai. Our designers will ask for your confirmation when designing is complete.
שאלה 9:What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
א: בדרך כלל, the MOQ for one product in one colour is 1000 חתיכות. למרות זאת, If it’s your first time to order the product, we could accept a lower quantity in case you would like to trial.
