A3: כן, כמובן. We will make sample after you paid set up cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.

A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
שאלה 5: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A5: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
שאלה 6: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
A6-1: If the goods you received is same as the sample you confirmed, we don’t accept refund.
A6-2: If the goods is different as the sample, we agree to remake for you freely.
