ש: What is your MOQ and do you accept small order?
א: כן, we accept small orders.
ש: What about the cost of sample and sample time?
א: Free sample is available for routine mode, some special request will be charged, all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed. Routine samples can be sent in 1~3 days.
ש: If we are not satisfied with your product, what should we do?
א: All of our products are of good quality. If it’s samples, we’d like to remake samples for you. If it’s mass production, we’d like to replace the defect product.
ש: Can I choose the package?
א: כן, colorful gift box, blister card, poly bag or customized packing for your choice.
ש: Which payment will you accept?
א: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal.
Usually there are 30% הפקדה מראש, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, ו 100% payment for sample order.
ש: How about the leading time?
א: Lead time of normal order below 100000 PCS will be about 2 ל 3 שבועות. Order of more than 100000 PCS will be confirmed with its actual requirement.

א: כן, כמובן! Both OEM and ODM are welcome. OEM must be more than 1000 PCS, ODM must be more 10000 PCS.

ש: Can you help shipping or deliver cargos to door?
