FAQ about Samples
1)Q: Do you charge for making campione?
UN: SÌ, we do. We need to pay designing team salary and everything related to the sample like materials, stampa, embroidery and modeling cost if necessary, eccetera.
2)Q: Sample charge?
UN: Sample charge will be collected before we start to make your samples, the prices will vary according to the complexity.
Normally it is $80∼$150USD/design (Size≤40cm. Freight charge is additional). 2 PZ of your samples can be provided.
If there are several designs, we will give you a reasonable discount accordingly, Samples charges will vary.
3)Q: Will you refund it?
UN: SÌ. We will refund the sample fee when the first order qty reaches 5, 000PCS/design.
4)Q: What’s the tempo di campionamento?
UN: Samples usually take about 3-5 giorni lavorativi but may vary depending on how many styles and the complexity of your samples. If your samples requires a lot of printing, embroideries, or other special requirements, it may take longer.

FAQ about Production:
1)Q: What is the MOQ of one order?
Normalmente, MOQ is 2000PCS per design. For new clients, we can also accept 1000PCS per design for trial.
2)Q: What’s the tempi di consegna normalmente?
UN: For your reference, the estimated lead time is as following:
• 20,000PCS, 45 giorni.
• 20, 000-50, 000PZ, 60 giorni.
• 50, 000-100, 000PZ, 70 giorni.
• More than 100, 000PZ, partial shipment is suggested.
In 2016, we completed ninety three 40′ containers for Walmart. So anything is possible here when you trust your orders with us.
3)Q: How’s the packaging? Do you do confezione personalizzata?
UN: Our packaging consist of 1PC/PE bag, then layered in a 5-ply corrugated carton. (AA quality level). Our carton are lined with a waterproof PE bag.
All packages can be customized to your specific request. We provide all sorts of packaging options pending on your requirements which may include PE/OPP bag, color gift boxes (with or without window), PVC boxes, cardboard boxes eccetera. We will work with you on your specific needs.

FAQ about Payment:
1)Q: What are your payment options?
UN: Normally we accept T/T, L/C for mass goods.
- T/T (Most frequently used): Normalmente 30% depositare before production starts, remaining balance of 70% is to be paid before releasing the Bill of Lading. If it’s shipping by air, balance need to be paid in full before delivery.
- L/C: L/C is suggested for larger orders.
- Western Union E PayPal can be used for sample charges only.

2)Q: Che cosa safety standard does the plush toys comply with?
UN: EN71, ASTM, CPSIA, CCPSA and safety regulations for other markets.
3)Q: Testing charge?
UN: We have signed a long-term cooperation agreement with BV Testing Lab, under the agreement, our clients can get very nice preferential price. Feel free to send us email to get quote.
4)Q: Testing time?
UN: Normalmente È 5-7 giorni lavorativi. Testing times can vary according to how many items are being tested. Different labs may have different testing schedule.
FAQ about Shipping:
1)Q: Which shipping options can you provide?
UN: Any shipping options include sea shipping, air shipping, express (DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, eccetera). If you are from inland country for example: Mongolia, we can also ship by train.
2)Q: Which shipping port do you normally use?
UN: Shanghai port is what we use since it is the closest port to us.
3)Q: Can you use forwarding company I usually cooperate?
UN: Yes sure.
4)Q: When should I arrange the shipping?
UN: If you will appoint a forwarding company, you can ask them to contact us 10-15 days before the delivery date. If we meet the Chinese New Year holiday, please give an advance to 15-25 days earlier so that we will have plenty of time to book a vessel and arrange the trucking company.
