1&periodo; Crushing process for our wood pellet production line
When the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm&virgola; E >50 * 50mm(l * W)&virgola; we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces&virgola; then crush the small pieces into wood powder with diameter less 5mm by wood hammer mill or wood crusher&periodo;
2&periodo; Drying process for our wood pellet production line
The best moisture content / humidity to pelleting is 10 – 12&percentuale;&periodo; If your raw materials is too wet&virgola; it should to use our type dryer for drying&virgola; they can reduce the moisture from 60~70&percentuale; to 10~12&percentuale;&periodo;

After the pelleting process&virgola; the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60~80 Celsius&virgola; and the moisture content of the wood pellet is around 10&percentuale;&virgola; so we need use Cooler to reduce about 3~4&percentuale; moisture&virgola; such
