Q: What is your MOQ and do you accept small order?
UN: SÌ, we accept small orders.

Q: What about the cost of sample and sample time?
UN: Free sample is available for routine mode, some special request will be charged, all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed. Routine samples can be sent in 1~3 days.

Q: If we are not satisfied with your product, what should we do?
UN: All of our products are of good quality. If it’s samples, we’d like to remake samples for you. If it’s mass production, we’d like to replace the defect product.

Q: Can I choose the package?
UN: SÌ, colorful gift box, blister card, poly bag or customized packing for your choice.

Q: Which payment will you accept?
UN: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal.
Usually there are 30% deposito in anticipo, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, E 100% payment for sample order.

Q: How about the leading time?
UN: Lead time of normal order below 100000 PCS will be about 2 a 3 settimane. Order of more than 100000 PCS will be confirmed with its actual requirement.

Q : What information I need to offer for quotation ?
UN : We need details as follows :
1. Bag type ; 2.Logo personalizzato ; 3.Dimensione ; 4.Quantità ; 5.Materiale

Q: Can you offer OEM/ODM service?
UN: SÌ, Ovviamente! Both OEM and ODM are welcome. OEM must be more than 1000 PZ, ODM must be more 10000 PZ.

Q:Do you offer design service ?
UN: SÌ,we have experienced designers can be helpful.

Q: Can you help shipping or deliver cargos to door?
UN: We can do that either by ocean or by air,per espresso!And we have been doing this way for our clients.
