Order Process:

2—Provide us with AI or PDF file for our designer to make a proof for your confirmation as to make samples or mass productions.
3—After receiving your confirmation on deposit or full payment, we start production.
4—We will send you photos of finished products of mass production to make sure everything is correct.
5—Consegna: By courier services, under your account, or we can locate less expensive and reliable one for you.
6—After-sales service. Once you or your clients get the products, please always keep us updated so we know if anything needs to be improved.

Q:Qual è il tuo MOQ? Can I mix up designs to meet the minimum quantity?
Il nostro MOQ è 50 pcs for EACH custom design. New customers can start 10 pcs to check the quality.
Q: Do you offer samples before mass production?
SÌ, we offer pre-production samples with only a mole charge. Sampling takes approximately 7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.
Q: Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before produzione?
SÌ, we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
Q: What is your production lead time?
Our production lead time is usually around 7-15workdays (depending on the products) after receiving payment and your artwork approval.
