1. Before offer price, what information do I need to provide you?
Answer: We need to know the product pictures, 材料, サイズ, 色, logo etc. requires, then we could check and offer price to you.
2. Can you send the sample to me for check the quality?

3. After I made payment, how long I could get my order?
Answer: for customizing product, we need open mould to make, open mould and make sample need take about 8-10 日々. After confirmed sample, we begin to make mass order. In general, のために 2000 pcs order, the product time need take about 12-15 日々.

7. The payment term is?
Answer: after you place order, please arrange the 30% deposit to us in advance, then we begin to produce, once we finish the mass order, will let you know, then pay 70% バランス, we received your payment, will arrange delivery as soon as possible.
