Q: What is your MOQ and do you accept small order?
あ: はい, we accept small orders.

Q: What about the cost of sample and sample time?
あ: Free sample is available for routine mode, some special request will be charged, all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed. Routine samples can be sent in 1~3 days.

Q: If we are not satisfied with your Product, what should we do?
あ: All of our products are of good quality. If it’s samples, we’d like to remake samples for you. If it’s mass production, we’d like to replace the defect marker pens.

Q: Can I choose the package?
あ: はい, colorful gift box, blister card, poly bag or customized packing for your choice.

Q: Which payment will you accept?
あ: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal.
