Q: What is your MOQ and do you accept small order?
あ: はい, we accept small orders.
Q: What about the cost of sample and sample time?
あ: Free sample is available for routine mode, some special request will be charged, all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed. Routine samples can be sent in 1~3 days.
Q: If we are not satisfied with your product, what should we do?
あ: All of our products are of good quality. If it’s samples, we’d like to remake samples for you. If it’s mass production, we’d like to replace the defect product.
Q: Which payment will you accept?
あ: We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal.
Usually there are 30% 事前にデポジットする, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, そして 100% payment for sample order.
Q: How about the leading time?
