あ: Normal circumstances the production time is 15 – 20 Calendar days. If your order is urgent, we can also arrange it as priority. Please contact our sale for a more exact timeline.
Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
あ: We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involve. しかし, this could be refund upon mass production.
Q: How can I pay?

Q: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?
あ: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file, do no worry, we can provide design services for you.
Q: How to ensure that the product will be exactly like agreed details?
あ: We have our in-house designer which have 8 years experience in doing design & production layout. We will send you a PDF design proof layout before we proceed for mass production.
Q: How do you ensure product quality?
あ: We have advance machinery that is imported from JAPAN and GERMANY. These machineries are regularly service to ensure production excellent. However printing products always have color deviation, we cannot promise to avoid it.
Q: What if the goods have issue, What can I do?
あ: Please contact our sales, we will solve the problem together. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If the mistake is made by us, we will reprint the goods for free.
