Q4: How much will you charge for a new customized development item?
A: For OEM/customized items, new molds are needed for production. Normally USD100 for a design, for a buckle that depends on design and size. But mold cost can be refunded once total orders qty can meet within one year.
Q5: Can I get samples first of my own design, and then start the orders?
A: Ja, Natuurlijk. We will charge mold cost and send pre-production samples (freight collected) for your approval & test. The orders will start once get you confirmation.
