2)Cutting. Most advance automatic cloth machine–accurate and efficient. All kinds of cutting machines, die cutting, electric clippers, laser cutting and so on –perfectly fit every special material
3)Sewing. Normal sewing machine, cup sewing machine, lock stitching machine, sweat band machine, bill sewing machine and so on — match all what your requirement.
4)Shaping. Automatic thread cutting, model shaping, bill shaping and so on.

8)Verzenden. We provide sea shipping from TIANJIN, SHANGHAI, NINGBO, GUANGZHOU and all ports you need. Air shipping from BEIJING, TIANJIN, SHANGHAI. Train shipping to Europe, Centrial Asian countries. Express shipping with DHL, TNT, UPS and many other forwarders for door to door service.

Ja, we mainly produce OEM order.
The MOQ depends on material quality and colour. Bijvoorbeeld, if your order style is basic black cotton twill fabric, MOQ could be one pc. If you
need very special fabric which we need to be special ordered, the MOQ will depends on the fabric moq.

3. What’s the size you can make?
Our hat sizes covers all ages from baby 46cm to extra large adult 62cm

4. What’s the payment terms do you accept?
We accept L/C, 30%prepayment and 70%balance before shipping by T/T for orders over 10,000pcs hats.
For order less than this qty, welcome to use MADE IN CHINA or western union.
