A: Please send us your design (logo or pattern), maat, accessoires, plating and quantity , then our professional salesman will offer you a good quotation within 1 uur.
If you have no idea, please just send us your logo and quantity.
Q: Wat is uw MOQ?
A : 50 pcs per customized designs.
Q: If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
A: Nee, we will help you to save the mold for 2 jaar, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design.
Q: How to go ahead of one order?
A: 1) Send your design, size and quantity or other requests.
2) Receive quotation, if all is OK for you.
3) Place an order and arrange payment.
4) After we recieve your payment, our designer will make a design draft for you to make sure everything is OK.
5) After receive a design draft:
> if you need pre-sample, we will provide. after you receive pre-sample and confirm everything is OK, we will arrange produce.
> if you don’t need pre-sample in hand, we will arrange produce immediately after get your confirmation.
6) Once we finished production, we will let you know and send the confirmation pictures of products, once we get your confirmation, we will arrange shipping immediately and send you tracking number of parcel for your reference.
