Monster kosten $50-$200 is expected for the normal custom sample. You will get the sample in 1 week.

Normally, 12-30 days from the date when the order is placed.

AI/ PDF/ PSD/ CDR/ EPS/ JPG/ TIF are ok. To ensure the best quality, files in a resolution of minimum 300 dpi is recommended.
