*We would prefer to work with artworks in AI, EPS, PSD, PDF format.
*Kindly ensure that artwork is vectorized, pathed, rasterized.
*Kindly ensure that the resolution of the images used is at least 300dpi (high resolution).
*Kindly ensure that images used in artwork are embedded to avoid missing image links.
*Kindly provide the pantone color code for the logo or artwork to be used.
*Kindly ensure that the bleeding area is at least 3mm.

1. Q: What is your sample’s policy and delivery time?
A: 1-3pc stock samples is free of charge with freight collect.
2. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally MOQ is 500pcs per color.The price is good based on MOQ.For some items, we can do it for 200pcs.
3. Q: Can your pens be customized?
A: Sure, pen can be made as per your detailed requirements.Such as add logo, different color, open an new mould, and so on.
4. Q: Which payment way is workable?
A: T/T , L/C at sight etc.
5. Q: How about the delivery date?
A: For normal items delivery time is 10-15days.
6. Q: How can we get the Quotation?
A: Please inform us model number and inquiry quantity, we will respond you promptly.
7.Q: Can we print or laser our LOGO on your products?
A: Sure, warmly welcome! Please send us logo files with “AI, CDR, HD picture(PDF, JPG)” format.
8.Q: I need some product very urgent, how soon I can get it?
A: – For printing product, we can produce within 3 days
– For product without paint color, we can produce within 5 days
– For product with 1 color or easy 2 colors, we can produce within 7 days
– For any more products, please send your design and quantity to our sales to get turn-around time.
9.Q: The express ( UPS / TNT / DHL / FEDEX ) lost / broken my parcel, how could I do?
A: – If you didn’t receive your parcel in time, feel free to contact us, we’ll track the parcel for you.
– If you receive it, but it’s broken, part or all of products broken or lost, please take photo and refused to sign for it, then please send photo to us, we’ll contact the express for claim and re-make products for you for free if you still need them.
10.Q: I received my product, but it was wrong, how could I do?
A: – Firstly, our factory make product according to our artwork and order confirmation. So please make sure the artwork and order confirmation that sales make for you was totally what you want.
