Sim, we are glad that you have an interest in our products. You are going to get available free samples in our stock after you pay for the shipment.
if you require to have a sample according to your artwork, it is ok to make for you, but the sample cost will be needed. Geralmente, a sample cost can be refundable after you place the order.
3. When can I get the quotation?
1. The quotation will be offered within 24 hours after getting your detailed request.
2. If you get an urgent inquiry, please call us or mark it via E-mail, then we could make it into the priority list.
4. What details are required for a quotation?
Please offer the material, tamanho, forma, cor, quantidade, surface finishing, etc..

6. What kind of format file is available for printing?
The popular file type: PDF, CDR, IA, PSD, EPS, etc.. Bleed Size: 3-5milímetros.
Resolution: 300+ dpi.The higher, the better.
7. When will you ship my order?
Normalmente 7-10 days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.
