P: How can I get a quotation?
A: Please send us an inquiry with the material, tamanho, artwork and quantity. Otherwise, you can send us the pictures and ideas, we will provide you our professional suggestions for your request.
P: When will my order be shipped?
A: Normally the production time is 15-20 Calendar days. If your order is urgent, we can arrange it as priority. Please contact our sale for a more exact timeline.
P: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
A: We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involved. No entanto, this could be refund upon mass production.
