3.Quanto tempo é o prazo de entrega da amostra?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 dias. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 dias, subjectto your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.. De qualquer forma, we will response fast to your request.
4.Quanto tempo é o prazo de produção?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which canensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, IA,cdr or PDF,etc.. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need.We will match the colors. Or we willrecommend some popular colors to you.
