1. What kind of information should I offer if I want to get a quotation?

2. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Claro! The normal production progress is that we make pre-production sample for your quality evaluation antecipadamente. We will start produção em massa until we get your confirmation on this sample.
3. Is sample free? how long can you make a amostra?
1) White sample is free of charge. For finished sample, we only charge you printing and material cost since running a large printer for small quantity package is very expensive.
2) White sample needs 1-2 Dias úteis, digital sample needs 3-5 working dayé ,printing sample needs 5-7 Dias úteis which up to confirmed file.
4. Can the sample charge be refundable?
Sim, sample charge can be refundable and deduct from bulk order.
